Team spotlight: James Huitt, Project Manager

Join us in celebrating James Huitt’s recent promotion to Project Manager! James first joined our team in 2022 as a Superintendent, bringing nearly 40 years of construction experience to the table. Before working with us, James lived in Alaska, where he worked as an Estimator and owned his own remodeling contracting company.

When asked what set True Performance apart, James shared, “True Performance’s overall goal is to make the customer happy and deliver quality work. Our team will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens.”

Outside of work, James enjoys the great outdoors, including fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.
